Processing Times
All orders are sent the next Thursday after we have received your order confirmation email as we need some time to ink the numbers on your dice. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
There might be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

We offer free tracked delivery to all UK orders!
The estimated delivery time for UK orders is 2 to 3 business days (Royal Mail estimations).

International Delivery
We offer international shipping to the following countries for the moment: E.U & E.E.A, Switzerland, Canada, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Philipines, and Japan.
We have decided to make delivery simple for everyone by having a fixed and discounted delivery rate wherever you are in the world, and to make it tracked so you’ll always know where your parcel is.

How do I check the Status of my Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status on Royal Mail’s website. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at D10sbyEnifael@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Taxes & Duties
What are Import taxes and Duties?
Import duties and taxes are fees that you may have to pay and that we have no control over. If you are not from the UK and purchase something from us, you are then importing goods to your country and may have to pay additional fees in order to receive your parcel.
Import duties and taxes are a percentage of your total order.
Example: If your order is a total of £200, and your country applies a 20% VAT, then you have to pay 20% of £200 = £40 in order to receive your parcel.
Each country’s fees are different and may be applied or not, this is out of our control.
D10s by Enifael is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How much are Import taxes & Duties?
There are no taxes or duty to pay for customers from the UK & the USA, but other countries may have to pay VAT or import duty.
We are currently working on setting up DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) for other countries so that you can pay for VAT & duty at the time of checkout, but for the moment you may need to pay those separately.
Import duties and taxes depend on the weight and content of your orders as well as your country's laws so we cannot give a specific number to you (but you can find a table below with estimations).

Returns & Refunds

If you still wish to return your items after contacting us, our return policies are:
- We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery
- the item must be unused and in its original condition
- the item must be packed carefully so that there is no damage on the return trip
- we will refund the cost of the item(s) returned minus delivery
- we will give you what return address to use via email
- we do not provide prepaid return labels, you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return

Refunds
If after contacting us you're still unhappy and want a refund, then we will refund the amount of the item minus shipping to you after you have sent it back to us to the address that we will give you.
- We will refund you the amount of the item(s) you have returned minus delivery
- We do not provide pre-paid return slips
- A refund takes up to 10 business days to be credited back to your account
- A refund can only be sent to the original payment method
